Nothing seemed to phase this little guy, including having his naps repeatedly interrupted and getting a camera lens constantly stuck in his face.
We took photos at the local Zoo, which is currently blanketed in bright yellows and oranges. The light reflecting from of the surrounding trees casts a warm tone on the skin and hair.
October is heaven for portrait sessions. Can I get an Amen?
My walk-around lens for this session was a Nikkor 35mm f/1.8, although I did break out the telephoto and wide angle for a few shots. As usual, I stayed within the f/1.8 and f/5.6 range to achieve beautiful separation and creamy backgrounds while still allowing for enough context. Besides, who doesn’t love a little bokeh?
